DGO provides a human-reviewed operations intelligence service to business customers under a signed master services agreement and statement of work.
No travel sale or operation
DGO does not operate aircraft, sell air transportation, hold customer travel funds, or confirm supplier availability. Final advice, contracting, pricing, and fulfillment remain with the authorized brokerage or operator.
Human review and customer judgment
DGO materials support an authorized customer review. Customers remain responsible for commercial judgment, client advice, supplier selection, and final approvals.
Engagement terms
Scope, fees, timing, data handling, intellectual property, support, and acceptance are governed by the signed agreement for each engagement.
