Service approach
DGO limits public-form collection to information needed to evaluate workflow fit. Customer-specific data handling, access controls, retention, and incident processes are addressed in the signed agreement before implementation.
Sensitive information
Do not submit passport details, medical records, or other sensitive personal information through the public workflow-request form.
